Our Real Estate Portfolio
Milan represents the strategic and financial core of the Group. We invest in the Milanese real estate market due to its high liquidity and economic vitality, paired with price stability and predictability that allow us to operate with a strong margin of safety.
To safeguard each project, our strategic partnership with the architectural firm ACME Milano brings decades of proven technical expertise and commercial insight.
A.D.A. Group also invests in international real estate markets, notably in Detroit, USA, through US Ada Capital Corporation, and in Dubai, where the Group is actively participating in iconic developments such as DAMAC’s Safa Two tower and the Aveline residential project in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC).

Management team
Chairman and Founder of the A.D.A. Capital Group
Massimiliano Trazzi built his professional career in consulting, first working with the Seràgnoli Group in Bologna and later at the multinational auditing firm Ernst & Young.
For 12 years, he served as an executive and board member within the Interpump Group, the world’s leading manufacturer of high-pressure piston pumps.
After leaving the Reggio Emilia-based group, he dedicated himself fully to the development of A.D.A. Capital, where he is the main shareholder and Chairman.
He is the author of the book Total Return – Build Your Wealth and the digital ebook Practical Guide to Real Estate Investing.
Chairman of ACME Milano
Milan-born, an architect since 1991, he moved to Germany in the early 1990s and took part in the redevelopment of a newly unified Berlin.
Upon returning to Italy, he founded Pensa & Drago, later becoming ACME Milano, one of the most highly regarded architectural firms in Milan, where he serves as Chairman.
His main focus is residential development and project management.
In 2020, together with A.D.A. Capital on a 50/50 basis, he established F205 Capital Real Estate, the holding company overseeing all Italian real estate projects of A.D.A. and ACME.

Sergio Hicke, a key partner and strategic contributor, plays a pivotal role in driving our real estate development initiatives, with a primary focus on the United States and Dubai, where he currently resides.
Aged 58, Sergio holds a degree in Engineering and an MBA in Strategic Management and Marketing. Born in Argentina, he brings a truly global perspective to the business. His deep expertise and passionate drive for real estate investment are integral to the ongoing success of the A.D.A. Group.
Prior to his involvement with the Group, Sergio enjoyed a distinguished executive career, serving for many years as Cluster President for India, Middle East, and Africa at Alfa Laval, a global leader in heat transfer, separation, and fluid handling technologies.

Andrea, from Verona, holds a degree in Business Administration and an MBA with a focus on Marketing. He comes from an entrepreneurial family active in the fashion industry with the Canadiens brand, where he played a key role in the company’s global growth.
Following the exit in 2016, he held an executive position at Framis Italia until 2023, contributing to the success of the multinational leader in thermoadhesive applications for fashion.
In 2019, he co-founded A.D.A. Capital, where he continues to serve as a Board Member.
His deep-rooted entrepreneurial background led him, in 2024, to launch a business in the private healthcare sector, further demonstrating his versatility and drive.
Consigliere d’Amministrazione
Andrea, veronese, laureato in Economia Aziendale ed un MBA con focus in Marketing, proviene da una famiglia di imprenditori nel settore Moda e Fashion con il marchio Canadiens, dove ha svolto un ruolo chiave nella crescita globale dell’azienda.
Dopo l’exit nel 2016, ha ricoperto una posizione dirigenziale presso Framis Italia fino al 2023, contribuendo al successo della multinazionale leader nel settore delle applicazioni termoadesive per il fashion.
Nel 2019, ha co-fondato A.D.A. Capital, dove tutt’ora ricopre la carica di Consigliere d’Amministrazione.
La sua radicata tradizione imprenditoriale lo ha spinto, nel 2024, ad aprire un’attività nell’ambito della sanità privata, dimostrando così la sua versatilità ed intraprendenza.
